Resident coaches

We have collated the best selection of coaches locally to bring you the most amazing experiences.

The key for us is to ensure they can relate to, and understand what you need - be it posture correction, an energetic session to help release tension, mindfulness and the ability to let go of a busy mind through physical practice or helping to find stillness with breathwork, mediation and sound healing.

(Please note we will also bring ‘Guest Coaches’ to the schedule so keep an eye out for them on Instagram or GloFox).

Her passion for healing began way back in 2005, when she became very sick. The journey led her through learning so much about herself, her mind and body connection and how to heal it. She realised she had became the author of her own life and the joy derived from that brought more and more fulfilment and inner joy.

Although she has been an energy healer for many years, her passion for sound healing and sharing with larger groups began in August 2021, and as a musician exploring this field, she has found it very engaging and therapeutic for her own wellbeing.

Vina is always seeking to expand and bring sound healing to other, other places, as she believe this is a very relaxing and nurturing modality of healing. It also brings a deeper connection to our soul without even trying. It has truly been an inner journey of evolution for Vina and loves sharing this with others.

Vina combines sound healing, with Reiki and/or crystals, tuning forks, dowsing crystals, has certainly become a powerful and popular modality of healing.

  • Chloe.

    Chloe.

Over her 12 years of fitness coaching, she has been heavily involved in working with people with disabilities and injuries. Her belief is that exercise and movement should be for everyone no matter your circumstances; it’s all about finding what you can do.

She first took an interest in Yoga more than 10 years ago at a local gym and when taking some time out of the fitness industry to travel to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Bali and Australia; it was her travel to these countries where she really started to explore a more in-depth practice and study in Yoga. She recognised that Yoga was so much more than being able to do the most challenging pose, as it became more about an opportunity for headspace, to wind down and give back to the body.

She bases her style of teaching around what makes an enjoyable practice, offering many options to suit all abilities and she encourages students to be intuitive and positive about the way they can move.

One is a traditional approach, holding postures to release long-held tensions, and to build strength and resilience in the body and mind, whilst cultivating a mindful state of awareness. She also teaches a dynamic approach, with breath-coordinated movements in and out of postures to support alignment and a deepening into the physical and energetic effects of posture and breath practices. Both are profound approaches, bringing body, heart and mind back to a renewed state of natural ease and balance.

Sara also likes to interweave the teachings of Ayurveda into all her classes, taking into account the season, time of day, and even the current lunar phase in the class content. And she'll always be happy to have a chat with you about your Ayurveda type and what it means for your biology, psychology and even your Yoga practice!
